An all-day, physical and mental wellbeing centred event!!
Hosted by K-Pop Society
Join us for an all-day wellbeing centred event that focuses on mental and physical wellbeing!!
Our event schedule is as follows:
- Yoga @ 10am in 2A93/LT A6
- Wellbeing Seminar and Crafting Activity @ 11am in 2A13
- Lunch Break @ 1pm
- Mindful Walk @ 1:45pm
- Zumba @ 2:30pm in 2A93/LT A6
- Colouring @ 3:30 in 2A13
We are providing all materials you'd need, just make sure to wear comfy clothes and bring some water.
We will have a committee member posted in the Atrium for anyone that does not know where to find the room.
