It's time for the biggest and best Sports Union event of the year!
The ball will celebrate all our club's successes from the year, with awards up for grabs, including Blues, Colours, Sports Personality, Coach of the Year and the coveted Club of the Year trophy. To be in with a chance of winning an award, you must nominate members and your club, through the link below. Without a nomination, you cannot win an award, so don't miss out and getting nominating!
Dress code is black tie, formal, national dress.

Awards Nominations
Sports Union members are encouraged to nominate individuals, teams and their clubs. Nominations are now open and will close at 23:59 on 24th February.
To submit a nomination, please visit the Sports Union Awards Ball page on the SU website. Only one nomination per club will be considered for each award. Please arrange with your club committee prior to submission.
Additional Information
Please note pre-sale tickets are available to paid Sports Union 4th year students, committee members, postgraduate students and nursing students. General sale tickets will be available for all paid Sports Union members. Tickets are limited to one per paid Sports Union student member.
When buying you will be asked a series of questions to ensure we place you at the right table, understand your dietary requirements and consider any accessibility requirements you may have.
Once a ticket has been bought, your name will be added to a list and checked upon entry to the bus, this ticket is attached to your name so cannot be transferred. You will not be given a physical/printed ticket until the day of Sports Ball. These physical tickets can be collected between 9.30am-3pm from the Atrium, on the day of Sports Ball.
Please note you cannot collect a ticket on behalf of another student.
Please note, we will be unable to refund any tickets purchased. Should you no longer be able to attend and either have someone else you'd like to transfer your ticket to or wish to offer it to someone on the waiting list, you MUST contact the Sports Union to arrange as we need to ensure table allocation, dietary and accessibility requirements.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
The first buses will leave campus from the bus hub, near Logie Lecture Theatre, at 4.45pm, do not be late. There are no toilets on the buses, therefore please use the bathroom before departing. If you soil the bus, you will be personally responsible for the cost of cleaning. Please note all buses will be staffed. We encourage you to congregate around Logie (toilets will be open and available) from 4.30pm. We appreciate your cooperation with not leaving a mess on campus before departure.
Do not bring alcohol or food on the buses or into the venue. All drink and food must be disposed of before getting on the bus. If you are late, the buses will not wait and you will be required to make your own way to the venue. You will not be refunded for any cost of travel/ticket. If we feel that you are intoxicated so that you would not be provided entry to the event, you will be prevented from travelling on the bus and will not be refunded for any cost of travel/ticket.
Buses will begin leaving the venue around 11.30pm and will be staggered until 1am. The bus drop offs will be in Stirling City Centre at the train station, then again on campus at the Bus Hub near Logie.
The venue is cashless so please ensure you have a charged phone or bring a card.
