As part of Green Week, the Green & Blue Space is hosting a Repair Café on Wednesday 11th March from 12 to 2pm in the G&B Space.
This drop-in session focuses on clothing repair and mending, giving you the chance to extend the life of the clothes you already own. You’re welcome to come along at any point during the session, stay for five minutes or the full two hours.
Learn new practical skills or simply make use of our equipment and support. We can help you fix broken zips, patch holes, repair seams, and carry out simple alterations (within reason). Whether it’s a drawer full of socks with holes or a jacket that no longer zips up, bring it along and give it a second life.
Repairing instead of replacing helps reduce waste, saves money, and supports more sustainable habits. No experience needed, just drop in and get stuck in.
