Our Education Forum takes place on Monday 28 September from 5pm til 6pm, in Room 2X4.
We encourage Faculty Officers and Academic Representatives to attend this meeting, if possible, which is also open to any other interested students. During the meeting, we will elect our Education Executive for the year ahead. The Executive will then meet twice a semester to discuss issues related to teaching, learning, and general academic matters and to hear feedback, plan campaigns, organise events and discuss live issues. The executive is formed of:
- Katie Parker, Vice President Education (Chair)
- 4 Faculty Officers (one per Faculty)
- 4 Academic Reps (one per Faculty)
- PGT & PGR Voluntary Officers (to be elected in Students' Union Autumn Elections)
One person from the Executive will also be selected to also attend Student Council and, with Katie, represent the Students' Union's education work.
